Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior Chartering Manager (Supramax), responsible for driving earnings on assigned tonnage through active trading of cargoes and vessels. This individual will be based in our Singapore office and work closely with our operations team to ensure voyage optimisation and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop short-term trading strategies to maximise revenue
  • Collaborate closely with Operations to ensure efficient execution of chartering activities
  • Share timely market intelligence to support informed trading decisions
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in dry bulk Chartering (Supramax)
  • Strong familiarity with the Pacific dry bulk markets
  • Proven track record in trading cargoes and managing tonnage
  • Basic understanding of freight derivatives (FFA) and hedging tools
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong commercial mindset
