Industrialization Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking an Industrialization Specialist to drive the implementation of manufacturing solutions.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in process parameter setup, equipment design, and site-specific implementation scenarios.

Process Parameters & Line Qualification

  • Lead process parameter setup, line integration, and validation.
  • Conduct first qualification and gap analysis, making updates as necessary.
  • Support ramp-up and safe launch plans, ensuring final qualification and smooth transition to operations.

Equipment & Process Design

  • Assess manufacturing options, perform gap and risk analyses, and develop equipment specifications.
  • Select suppliers, conduct tenders, and manage purchase orders.
  • Continuously review designs to ensure flawless project execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial) or equivalent.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Industrialization and Process Engineering, in a regulated industrial sector - medical devices, pharmaceuticals, etc.
  • Good knowledge in Lean Manufacturing, ISO 13485, Process Validation (IQ, OQ & PQ).
  • Strong experience in over molding process and equipment design.
  • Team player and possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
