Job Title: Senior Manufacturing Data Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Manufacturing Data Solutions Expert to join our team and drive the implementation of innovative manufacturing data solutions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent collaboration skills and be able to work effectively with various stakeholders, including manufacturing, business SMEs, validation, QA, and engineering teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Data Solution Design and Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop applications/system solutions that meet S88 standards for the plant.
  • SITE Data Historian Promotion: Promote the adoption and effective utilization of SITE Data Historian to support new projects and existing value streams.
  • Data Migration and Integration: Complete extract, transform, and load (ETL) procedures and data migration from multiple sources.
  • Project Leadership: Lead projects as assigned and ensure timely completion.
  • Operations Support: Provide operations support on production systems.
  • Data Management and Visualization: Apply best practices on data management and visualization to achieve strategic objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Osisoft PI Architecture Knowledge: Strong understanding of Osisoft PI architecture and its essential components.
  • Programming and Database Skills: Proficiency in Osisoft PI products, SQL database, or similar technologies.
  • Project Management: Proficiency in project management principles and project lifecycle phases.
  • IT Infrastructure Knowledge: Knowledge of IT infrastructure, network, and database concepts.
  • cGMPs and Manufacturing Operations: Knowledge of cGMPs and manufacturing operations in FDA-regulated facilities.
