We're seeking an Account Manager with a passion for building lasting relationships and delivering exceptional customer service. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing client interactions, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring seamless execution of our solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and needs in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders to drive long-term partnerships.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contract updates, and renewals.
- Liaise between customers and internal teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, Communications, Engineering, or relevant field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in account management, customer service, or related field, preferably in the IT sector.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, maintain attention to detail, and meet deadlines.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback.
