Reliability and Maintenance Expertise

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of maintenance and reliability programs, including scheduled turnaround events, to maintain continuous gas supply and meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Leading planning, execution, and closure of turnaround activities.
  • Ensuring the facility operates in a safe, reliable, and efficient manner while maintaining environmental protection standards.
  • Tracking daily progress, ensuring timely equipment handovers, and managing the availability of spare parts.
  • Oversight of budget planning and monitoring expenses during turnaround execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering or Mechanical Engineering is required. Prior experience in maintenance or turnaround planning is advantageous. Understanding of process equipment and maintenance management practices is essential.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with the team. Flexibility to travel across various sites within Singapore as required is also expected.
