Job Summary

To excel in our manufacturing environment, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, and inspecting production units with precision. This role requires a strong understanding of work instructions and method sheets to ensure accurate assembly and testing.


  • Assemble and test production units according to established guidelines.
  • Prepare materials, operate machinery, and perform label printing, encoding, and quality checks efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate production records, including checklists, serial numbers, and batch reports.
  • Follow safety protocols, maintain 5S housekeeping standards, and keep the workspace organized.
  • Contribute to process improvements and share ideas to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Train new team members through mentorship programs as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support production needs.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in an electronics manufacturing setting.
  • Comfortable with fine assembly tasks and basic troubleshooting procedures.
  • Able to read and record production data accurately; possess basic arithmetic skills.
  • Positive attitude with willingness to learn, train others, and contribute to team success.
  • Able to lift and move moderate loads as part of daily tasks.
