Job Title

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Manufacturing Technician. This individual will be responsible for assembling and testing products to ensure that all required specifications are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assembly and testing of products
  • Work with supervisors and engineers to ensure quality, waste, and efficiency meet requirements
  • Troubleshoot faulty products or parts
  • Execute improvement activities on quality and work process efficiency
  • Maintain ISO documentation and standards
  • Train technicians and associate technicians

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Diploma in a technical discipline or NTC3 in a technical discipline with work experience
  • Three years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience in assembling and testing mass spectrometers
  • Equipment troubleshooting skills
  • Understanding of ISO requirements
  • Coaching skills for on-the-job training
