Physiotherapist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team. As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy services to patients, including assessing and managing patients, implementing treatment plans, and maintaining accurate documentation.

  • Independently assess and manage patients referred for physiotherapy, implementing appropriate treatment plans, and maintain accurate records of patient care.
  • Provide timely updates and reports to referring healthcare professionals and other members of the healthcare team.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of physiotherapy records and ensure correct billing procedures.
  • Adhere to clinical, professional, and service standards, practising within scope of competence and seeking guidance when necessary.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and participate actively in case conferences to deliver optimal patient care.
  • Support departmental and institutional goals by contributing to projects, initiatives, and activities that promote quality care and patient satisfaction.
  • Manage and oversee therapy equipment inventory to ensure availability and compliance with clinical standards.
  • Contribute to in-service training, patient education programmes, and external workshops, seminars, or forums to enhance knowledge and skills.
  • Participate in the development, implementation, and review of clinical protocols, guidelines, and SOPs, including initiatives related to hospital-at-home care.
  • Assist in promoting and developing clinical services that meet patient needs and improve outcomes.
  • Support onboarding of new physiotherapists and supervise students on clinical attachments to foster professional growth and development.
  • Commit to continuous learning and professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices and advancements in physiotherapy.

Requirements

  • Fully registered with the relevant authority.
  • Possess a recognized Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 2 years' relevant physiotherapy experience, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Service-oriented with a strong customer focus, prioritizing patient needs and satisfaction.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
  • Passionate about transforming traditional healthcare models through innovative approaches to care delivery.
