Patient Care Specialist

About the Position
This is a full-time position, supporting physiotherapists in delivering high-quality patient care. Working hours will be 9am-6pm on weekdays and 9am-2pm on Saturdays.
Main Responsibilities- Assisting with appointment scheduling and billing processing
- Tracking patient statistics for effective care planning
- Supporting physiotherapists with patient treatment and therapy sessions
- Providing one-on-one support to patients during rehabilitation exercises and activities
- Maintaining a clean and organised clinic environment
Key Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine interest in helping others
- Prior experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting is highly valued
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail
- A team-oriented mindset and ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals
