We are seeking a skilled Senior Industrial Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in industrial engineering, budget planning, and process management.

This role will involve working closely with various departments to support the Technology & Products Groups (TPG) department with budget capital and operating expenditures.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and coordinating projects, creating timelines, and minimizing duplication through effective planning.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, including data analysis and problem-solving, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the TPG department with budget capital and operating expenditures.">
  • Design and coordinate projects with multiple departments.">
  • Create timelines and milestones for complex tasks and projects.">
  • Minimize duplication through effective planning.">
  • Analyze and interpret internal and external data sources.">
  • Develop methods for testing and tracking data.">
  • Drive action through effective data and clear communication.">
  • Partner with engineering teams to understand the impact of changes.">

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.">
  • 5+ years of experience in industrial engineering, budget planning, or process management.">
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.">
  • Strong understanding of data analysis and problem-solving.">
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and project management tools.">
