- Support the planning, preparation, procurement and allocation of budgets for various funding sources.
- Assist in the annual budget exercise and mid-year budget reviews.
- Gather and analyse organisational training data.
- Prepare and refine the organisation's budget forecast.
- Prepare annual budget proposals with macro-analysis of the organisation's budget requirements.
- Review and implement budget planning tools and processes.
- Assist in the review of the organisation's multi-year budget.
- Possess the required competencies to execute job duties proficiently.
- Strong strategic, analytical, critical thinking skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with individuals and teams internally and externally.
- Effective written, oral communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Good understanding of budget planning concepts.
