Transportation Manager

This role is responsible for managing and coordinating the day-to-day activities of a fleet of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate vehicle incident and breakdown records to ensure accurate documentation and proper classification.
  • Oversee fleet management requests from various units to maintain an efficient system for processing and prioritizing resource allocation.
  • Monitor and manage the deployment of vehicles and resources across stations to ensure optimal distribution.
  • Review monthly maintenance reports against established key performance indicators to maintain fleet reliability.
  • Coordinate supplementary services including tow truck/crane standby operations, and vehicle logistics.
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive system for tracking accident/ad-hoc repairs to ensure accurate pricing and documentation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, or other relevant disciplines.
  • Relevant experience in fleet management/maintenance systems is ideal.
  • Immediate Starters are preferred.
