Job Title: Taxi Fleet Service Coordinator

Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to coordinate service appointments for our taxi fleet. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating service appointments to ensure timely maintenance, compliance with inspection schedules, and minimal vehicle downtime.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the front desk receptionist to schedule regular servicing appointments.
  • Liaise with drivers, workshop teams, and service advisors to arrange appointments effectively.
  • Monitor vehicle servicing schedules and send timely reminders to ensure compliance with servicing intervals and regulatory inspections.
  • Accurately record appointments and service history using internal systems or Excel.
  • Track upcoming due dates for vehicle servicing, road tax, and inspections, and proactively arrange bookings.
  • Manage appointment calendars and optimize workshop capacity planning.
  • Follow up on no-shows or missed appointments and reschedule as required.
  • Handle taxi partner inquiries and provide updates on appointment schedules.
  • Support in generating service performance and fleet maintenance reports when needed.


Requirements:
  • Prior experience in automotive workshop coordination, fleet maintenance, or customer service is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities are necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and scheduling systems is required.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
