Job Description:
- New Business Development Role
In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for driving new business and managing client relationships to secure projects.
You will collaborate with lighting consultants, architects, and interior designers to prepare marketing/technical presentations and quotations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of lighting products and CRM/project management tools, with the ability to negotiate and lead effectively.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in B2B sales and business development in the lighting and construction sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business and secure projects
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships
- Collaborate with Lighting Consultants, Architects, and Interior Designers
- Prepare marketing/technical presentations and quotations
- Conduct product demos and site surveys
- Manage projects and multi-disciplinary teams
- Provide DLP support and troubleshooting
Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Marketing, or Business
- 3+ years' sales experience in construction, lighting, electrical, or interior design sectors
- Proven business development or B2B sales experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Knowledge of lighting products; familiarity with CRM/project management tools preferred
