Mechanical and Electrical Site Manager

Job Overview
The Mechanical and Electrical Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the execution of M&E works on-site. This includes ensuring the quality of security systems, ELV systems, PA systems, and structured cabling.
Main Responsibilities
- Spearhead M&E works on-site to guarantee timely and efficient task execution.
- Manage and monitor the performance of subcontractors and in-house workers, ensuring seamless collaboration.
- Evaluate installations to ensure compliance with approved specifications and project requirements.
- Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily progress reports and photographs.
- Monitor site safety and enforce adherence to relevant safety regulations.
- Optimize material and equipment usage through effective site management.
- Ensure a smooth handover of the project to the client upon completion.
Requirements

- In-depth knowledge of control valves, housekeeping, and inventory management
- Familiarity with fiber optics, CCTV, and cabling
