Job Description

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with Schneider Electric's Data Centre clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from our Data Centre solutions.

This role involves leading customer onboarding and product training, providing guidance on integrating Schneider Electric's solutions into customers' operations, and serving as a trusted advisor to proactively address concerns and ensure satisfaction.

Cultivate long-term relationships with key stakeholders across all levels of the customer's organization and serve as a liaison between the customer and internal Schneider Electric teams to ensure customer needs are communicated and met.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead customer onboarding and product training to ensure successful implementation and adoption of Schneider Electric solutions.
  • Provide guidance on integrating Schneider Electric's solutions into customers' operations.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for customers, proactively addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with key stakeholders across all levels of the customer's organization.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Support role, with a focus on Data Centres or IT infrastructure solutions.
  • Knowledge of Data Centre operations, including power, cooling, IT infrastructure, and energy management.
  • Experience working in a global or multi-national organization.
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize customer needs effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business or related field.
