Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of purchase orders and invoices
  • Verify the accuracy of purchase invoices and ensure supporting documents are in place
  • Closely monitor unfulfilled purchase orders and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Input accounts payable invoices accurately into the accounting system
