Key Responsibilities
  • Crew Management: Plan, organize, and manage crewing personnel functions, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with Technical and Marine departments to arrange interviews for suitable candidates.
  • Crew Administration: Maintain updated crew lists, personal records, medical records, and training certifications for all seagoing personnel.
  • Logistics Management: Manage personnel mobilization and demobilization, including travel arrangements, visa, and hotel accommodations.
  • Communication: Interact closely with manning agents for personnel scheduling and nominate ports for crew change.
  • Financial Management: Check invoices received from agents for crew, travel, and accommodation, and approve them before forwarding to the Finance department.
  • Compliance: Correspond with vessel flag administrations for crew-related matters.
Requirements
  • Shipping Documentation: Proficient in shipping documentation and procedures.
  • Microsoft Office: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Talent Acquisition: Experienced in talent acquisition and recruitment.
  • Travel Arrangements: Experienced in making travel arrangements.
