Job Description:

To shape the future of 3D printing, we are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Mechanical Engineer. This role involves designing and developing innovative solutions to complex problems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving projects from concept to delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of previous work in electro-mechanical systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively across disciplines. They will also be familiar with various manufacturing methods, including high-volume and high-performance products.

As a Mechanical Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for architecting, prototyping, building, and designing the hardware systems of our next-generation 3D printers. You will work closely with colleagues to design, review, and guide junior engineers' work, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of performance, manufacturability, and reliability.

Key responsibilities include pushing the boundaries of 3D printing technology, being a technical leader within the region, and guiding junior colleagues' work. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to share their knowledge and expertise with others through training and mentoring.

Requirements:

  • A strong background in electro-mechanical systems
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with various manufacturing methods
  • 5+ years of industry experience
  • Experience with full product development cycle
