Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Strategic Pricing Leader to spearhead our IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) efforts and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement market-driven pricing strategies to optimize revenue streams.
  • Align sales teams and strategies across the Asia-Pacific region to ensure cohesive growth.
  • Standardize processes across countries to ensure accountability for pricing targets and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with inbound sales to secure tenders, RFQs, and bids, driving business expansion.
  • Partner with Operations to elevate value in operational outcomes, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Create new market opportunities by geography, product, and channel, capitalizing on untapped potential.
  • Provide insights and updates on market trends and developments, empowering informed decision-making.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in the ITAD industry, showcasing expertise and leadership capabilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of pricing variations across various sales channels and regions, enabling data-driven decisions.
  • Proven leadership abilities and strong negotiation capabilities, facilitating effective collaboration and conflict resolution.
  • Effective communicator, able to engage with multiple internal teams and confidently interact with external stakeholders, building strong relationships.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and performs well under pressure, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
