Job Description

The role of the Assistant Manager is to be part of a team responsible for formulating and implementing communications strategies, managing digital media channels, and engaging various audiences to raise cybersecurity awareness.

The key responsibilities include managing social media channels, creating content, updating websites, conducting performance reviews, and working closely with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in social media, content creation, and/or marketing
  • Experience in web administration and familiarity with content management systems
  • Good understanding of multi-channel communications, including digital media platforms, trends, and tools
  • Strong organisational and critical thinking skills, and the ability to engage and interact with varied stakeholders
