Job Title: Cybersecurity SOC Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity SOC Operations Manager to lead and grow our Security Operations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, with at least 5-8 years of experience and 2+ years of SOC supervisory experience. They will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations within our Cyber Fusion Center, leading and managing a team of cybersecurity analysts, and overseeing end-to-end operations.

This includes:

  • Managing real-time threat detection and incident response programs
  • Leading team development and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Refining and improving detection rules, investigation playbooks, and threat hunting practices
  • Maintaining and evolving the security tooling stack
  • Driving analyst training and development

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to mentor junior SOC analysts, and have experience handling incident response programs. They will also be responsible for developing security content and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations within the Cyber Fusion Center
  • Lead and manage a team of cybersecurity analysts
  • Manage the full lifecycle of security incidents
  • Refine and improve detection rules, investigation playbooks, and threat hunting practices
  • Maintain and evolve the security tooling stack
  • Drive analyst training and development

About You:

  • 5-8 years of experience in cybersecurity
  • At least 2 years of SOC supervisory experience
  • Experience in leading and mentoring junior SOC analysts
  • Strong leadership skills
