Job Description">

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analytics Manager to lead our data team's daily operations and drive the innovation of our data products.

  • Steer our data team's daily operations, guiding and motivating team members to meet targets regarding product volume, timeliness, completeness, and accuracy.
  • Drive the innovation of our data products, enhancing data insights delivered to our B2B clients using a combination of internal and external datasets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Guide, motivate, and manage a lean team of data scientists and web developers.
  • Product Innovation and Process Improvement: Review and redesign data models and algorithms to ensure accuracy and up-to-dateness of data products.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with senior leadership, sales, marketing, and tech partners to understand customer needs and convert them into product priorities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree with a strong math and programming background and experience in a related field.
  • Proven track record of solving challenging problems by applying Advanced Analytics (Predictive/Casual/Optimization).
  • Advanced usage of R and Python, with strong ability to analyze, interpret, and present data using advanced graphing software.
  • Experience with sourcing data sets from publicly available sources and indexing external websites.
  • Ability to work with both structured and unstructured data, with familiarity with software development methodologies.
  • Expert analytical thinking and thought leadership skills, with ability to communicate complex information to non-technical executives.
