Job Opportunity

As a Programme Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the operational efforts of Beyond the Label initiatives. This role involves stakeholder management, outreach activities, and mental health workshops targeting vulnerable children.

The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders and team members to implement BTL programmes. Responsibilities include planning and executing annual community-based roadshows and supervising Trauma Access sessions.

Key responsibilities also include:

  • Implementing BTL programmes in collaboration with stakeholders and team members
  • Supporting the planning and execution of annual Beyond the Label Festivals
  • Delivering mental health workshops as part of BTL's community-based roadshows
  • Facilitating reunification of children back to their family's care
  • Providing logistical support to the team in running BTL-related programmes

Essential skills and qualifications include:

  • Minimum degree in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, or related field
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and assertiveness skills
