About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and monitoring WSH protocols across various departments. This includes:

  • Liaising with EHS coordinators to ensure compliance and reporting.
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders on design-for-safety initiatives and construction-related activities.
  • Maintaining risk registries and ensuring compliance with MOM regulations and other relevant standards.
  • Conducting in-house WSH training, workshops, and promotion activities to raise awareness and drive safety culture.
  • Monitoring and reviewing WSH performance, recommending improvements to processes and practices.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's Degree.
  • 2-3 years of similar working experience.
  • Registration as a Workplace Safety & Health Officer.
  • A proven track record in implementing and monitoring WSH protocols, preferably in a healthcare or healthcare-related field.
  • Familiarity with safety or quality certification programs such as ISO and safety/health management systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly motivated, action-oriented team player with strong planning, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Resilient, adaptable to change, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
