Job Overview

We are seeking a Product Visionary Lead to own and drive the product roadmap for technically complex products with high business impact. This role focuses on combining product vision with deep technical understanding to bridge the gap between business and technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning the roadmap for complex products, working closely with engineering, DevOps, and architecture teams to define and deliver scalable, secure, and cloud-native solutions.
  • Driving rapid and high-quality execution, ensuring timely feature rollouts, robust deployments, and continuous improvement.
  • Leading product innovation by identifying emerging trends, new technologies, and customer needs.
  • Bringing a strong commercial mindset, aligning product priorities with market demand, revenue growth, and customer value.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science.
  • 10-15 years of product management experience with hands-on technical exposure (coding tools like Python, DevOps, deployments).
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen—proven ability to align product with business strategy and drive revenue.
  • Firm grasp of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), CI/CD, containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code.
  • Familiarity with modern software architecture (microservices, APIs, platform engineering).
  • Experience in leading product execution in agile teams, with a track record of delivering at speed.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
