Product Management Leader

We are seeking a visionary leader with exceptional technical acumen and business insight to drive product innovation and strategic growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the roadmap for technically complex products with high business impact, working closely with engineering, DevOps, and architecture teams.
  • Drive rapid and high-quality execution, ensuring timely feature rollouts, robust deployments, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate across business, sales, marketing, and customer success to maximise product adoption and market fit.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 10-15 years of product management experience with hands-on technical exposure.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen—proven ability to align product with business strategy and drive revenue.
  • Firm grasp of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), CI/CD, containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code.
  • Familiarity with modern software architecture (microservices, APIs, platform engineering).
  • Experience in leading product execution in agile teams, with a track record of delivering at speed.
