Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring seamless communication with clients and candidates.
  • Proactively source suitable candidates via various platforms, leveraging your expertise in sourcing and recruiting processes.
  • Screen, interview, and shortlist potential candidates to match with client requirements, utilizing your sales-driven approach.
  • Acquire new clients through business development and cold calling, building strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Negotiate terms and offers between clients/companies and successful candidates, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

Requirements

  • Possess a strong understanding of sourcing and recruiting processes, with a preference for CEI Certification.
  • Hold a proven track record of 1 year in recruitment sales or other sales experiences, demonstrating your sales-driven approach.
  • Exhibit confident, sales-driven, and results-oriented behavior, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
