We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Finance Manager to join our team at BeathChapman (PTE. LTD.).
Key Responsibilities- Transaction Support: Work closely with senior management to assist on various transactions, including debt, equity, and capital market issuances, mergers and acquisitions, divestments, and investments.
- Advisory and Investor Relations: Collaborate with advisors, investors, and lenders based in the US, UK, EU, HK, and SG to ensure timely completion of strategic projects.
- Financial Analysis and Modeling: Prepare professional presentations and marketing materials, build financial projections, equity/debt models, corporate valuation, and analysis.
- Monthly and Quarterly Analysis: Analyze selected entity or sub-group management reports, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis, working capital analysis, business highlights, and deliverables to internal management.
- Forecasting and Budgeting: Analyze rolling forecasts, annual budgets, and long-term projections using Excel and systems.
- Financial and Accounting Support: Provide financial and accounting support for new projects of the Group.
- Travel Requirements: May be required to travel from time to time (20-25%) as required by the organization.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience: At least 4-5 years of relevant working experience in finance, preferably in Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Green Energy, or Infrastructure sectors.
- Skills: Good business communication skills, thorough knowledge of accountancy and corporate finance, experience in developing, executing, and concluding financing transactions, strong financial modeling skills, and good presentation skills.
- Language: Fluency in Mandarin, Bahasa, or Malay will be a plus for internal and external communications and engagement.
