Job Title: Manufacturing Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Operations Director to oversee our daily manufacturing operations and ensure adherence to food safety standards.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills and a deep understanding of lean manufacturing principles, with a proven track record of optimizing production schedules, implementing process improvements, and enhancing productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of production schedules to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime
  • Monitoring of production processes to implement process improvements and enhance productivity
  • Supervision of production staff to ensure they have necessary training and resources
  • Maintenance of proper storage conditions to prevent contamination and spoilage

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business or engineering
  • Proven experience in manufacturing operations management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
