Senior Executive Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Executive to join our organization.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about advancing clinical governance, quality improvement, and patient safety initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare-related fields and possess excellent analytical and communication skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree: Biological Science, Applied Science, or any other healthcare-related field
  • Background in Statistics / Charting / Data Analysis: Preferred but not mandatory
  • Experience in Healthcare: Preferred but fresh graduates welcome to apply
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: M365
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills: Data cleaning, analysis, statistics, and visualization
  • Familiarity with Tableau, R, SPSS, and UIPath: Advantageous
Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Executive, you will be responsible for supporting strategic quality priorities through data analytics and collaborating with clinicians to drive Appropriate and Value-Based Care (AVBC) initiatives.

You will engage confidently with clinicians, cross-departmental colleagues, and senior management while supporting quality initiatives, audits, and committee work.
