We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Ambassador to provide exceptional service to our valued guests. In this key role, you will be the first point of contact and responsible for creating memorable experiences.

As a Customer Experience Ambassador, your duties will include welcoming and assisting guests with check-ins and check-outs, recommending spa services, promotions & products, managing point-of-sale transactions & processing payments, ensuring seamless customer interactions by coordinating with staff, handling customer inquiries via phone & walk-ins, and supporting administrative tasks such as data entry & filing.

To succeed in this position, you should possess prior experience in customer-facing roles or hospitality, strong multitasking and organizational skills, attention to detail, proficiency in computer systems & booking software, a friendly and professional attitude, a passion for beauty, wellness & self-care, and flexibility to work varied shifts, weekends & public holidays.

Key Responsibilities:
