Job Title: Microsoft Exchange Expert

We are seeking an experienced professional to maintain and enhance our email infrastructure, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide core administration and escalation support for messaging services in a globally distributed cloud environment.
  • Collaborate with engineers and operations staff to test, implement, and transition new services or upgrades to existing core email security services.
  • Troubleshoot and administer MS Exchange servers, including resolving mail flow issues in hybrid environments.
  • Manage incidents and problems, ensuring ongoing operational excellence of environments, infrastructure consolidation/expansion, and release/patch management.
  • Proactively anticipate service issues before they occur and make recommendations for resolution.
  • Participate in projects as a subject matter expert as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 8+ years of practical experience with configuration/deployment/support of Microsoft Office 365 and Exchange 2010 / 2013.
  • Ability to author high-quality technical documents.
  • Experience with Exchange Online/On-Premises Exchange 2016 or later.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell Script.
  • Experience with Mailbox Management, Distribution & Office365 group management.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to follow-through on projects with minimal supervision.
Preferred Skills:
  • Programming/scripting knowledge - Wise Studio, AutoIt, VBscript, PowerShell, XML, CMD/Batch files.
