Project Manager Job Description

This is a project management position that requires the ability to oversee and coordinate multiple tasks and projects.

  • The project manager will be responsible for ensuring timely completion of renovation projects, working closely with other site operations staff, and monitoring the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
  • The successful candidate will have a proven track record as a supervisor or in a similar role, with experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools.
  • They will also possess strong organizational and leadership abilities, as well as self-motivation with a results-driven approach.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of working experience in a related field and experience in renovation works will be advantageous.

  • Highly proactive attitude, self-motivated, team player, strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Experience in supervising employees, overseeing workflow, and preparing schedules is also required.
  • The candidate must be able to work longer hours with prolonged periods of standing and must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
