Project Coordinator Role

The role of Project Coordinator is pivotal in ensuring the overall success of renovation projects from inception to completion.

  • Liaise with stakeholders, vendors, contractors and clients to facilitate seamless project execution.
  • Coordinate and manage full life cycle renovation projects, ensuring timely delivery and smooth handover.
  • Ensure site matters align with design drawings and intent, tracking and reporting on project progress regularly.
  • Prepare project timelines for review and presentation to clients.
  • Conduct quality checks, defect rectification, and ensure satisfactory standards before handing over to clients.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of project coordination experience.
  • Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Possess strong initiative, communicative skills, dynamism and resourcefulness.
