Job Title: Expert Financial Strategist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused financial expert to prepare financial reports and provide accounting services.
- Prepare and review full sets of financial statements for clients in accordance with IFRS and US GAAP.
- Analyze and interpret financial data via our bespoke accounting system(s) to ensure proper classification of complex business transactions based on latest accounting standards or regulatory requirements.
- Support clients with the year-end audit by preparing detailed schedules together with audited financial statements and ensuring timely resolution of findings/queries from auditors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calculate financial performance metrics, including IRRs, MOICs and analyze results with clients and their stakeholders.
- Deliver clear and professional communications to clients and their stakeholders with queries on financial reports, transaction information and regulatory/compliance related matters.
- Prepare and analyze industry specific calculations such as capital call, distribution and waterfall computation based on relevant legal documents.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Accountancy related degree preferred (ideally 2:1 degree class or above, GPA 3+).
- Typically, 3 years minimum prior accounting work experience.
- Candidate is expected to have completed a professional accountancy qualification from a recognised body.
