Construction Site Leadership Position

A highly skilled construction site manager is required to oversee data center projects, preferably with expertise in CSA and MEP work.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree or specialist diploma in civil engineering, electrical engineering or mechanical engineering, and at least 10 years of relevant project management experience. He/She must be well-versed in construction management, drawing, procurement, compliance, project management, scheduling, directing, electrical engineering, and mechanical engineering.

The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing the master construction programme, preparing catch-up programmes, supervising engineers and foremen, ensuring quality and quantity of work by subcontractors, resolving technical difficulties, and coordinating between private clients, sub-contractors, and inter-departments.

He/She must possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. The candidate should also be able to promote and enforce a safe working environment and ensure that works are compliant with specifications and QA requirements.
