Senior Site Project Lead

Lead a high-performing site engineering team to deliver construction projects on time and within quality standards.
- Schedule and coordinate all site activities, ensuring compliance with project timelines and budget requirements.
- Mentor engineers and foremen in the implementation of standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, resource allocation strategies, and risk management frameworks.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex design discrepancies and ensure seamless project execution.
- Directly supervise engineers/foremen to guarantee adherence to quality control measures and execute tasks efficiently.
- Liaise with consultants to clarify structural works requirements and communicate effectively with the technical department.
- Plan and coordinate between subcontractors/vendors/internal departments to ensure smooth site operations.
- Assess equipment/material demands against project schedules and forecast needs accordingly.
- Coordinate communication among internal stakeholders to identify potential problems affecting project progress and recommend effective solutions.
- Possess a degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Demonstrate at least 6 years of experience in leading similar building/commercial/civil/LTA projects.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to overcome challenges promptly.
- Strong leadership skills to foster collaboration among team members.
- Exceptional communication skills to convey information clearly and concisely.
- Results-driven approach to achieving project milestones while maintaining quality standards.
