Key Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise a team of Executives, Administrative Assistants, and Technicians to ensure the efficient operation of the buildings.
- Motivate staff to achieve excellent customer service and advocate for process improvements.
- Plan, monitor, and maintain operational and capital expenditures of the buildings.
- Conduct routine inspections of building services, including cleaning, security, refuse disposal, and maintenance.
- Ensure preventive maintenance works are carried out by service providers in accordance with contract requirements.
- Manage tenancies to achieve occupancy and rental targets, and work with the Leasing Team to achieve marketing positioning.
- Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services Engineering, Estate Management, or Project & Facilities Management.
- Senior/Fire Safety Manager Certificate.
- Strong building and M&E knowledge and hands-on experience.
- Experience in managing commercial buildings.
