SAP Business Solution Developer

The role of SAP ABAP/FIORI consultant involves working closely with clients to develop, test, and maintain SAP applications in line with their business requirements. Key responsibilities include collaborating with other teams to maximize the use of technology as a competitive tool, creating solutions that meet end-user expectations, and troubleshooting customer issues.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to leverage standards and best practices in SAP application development.
- Develop and implement custom applications as assigned and serve as a key project resource on a team or independently to complete tasks.
- Perform complex technical development tasks with limited supervision and take responsibility for technical aspects of development.
About You:
Applicants should possess a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field and have a proven track record in delivering SAP implementations using standard methodologies such as ASAP or Waterfall Model. A minimum of 5 years' experience in SAP CX and CRM-UI is required, including marketing and loyalty functionality support in SAP CRM.
- 5 years' experience in S/4HANA/ECC modules: FI, CO, SD, LE, PTP, MM, WM, PP.
- 3 years' experience in EWM, GTS, SCM/Ariba, APO systems.
- Desirable experience with Human Resources (HR)/SuccessFactors Module, including Organizational Management, Personnel Management, Benefits, Administration & Payroll.
Candidates should also demonstrate hands-on experience in developing with PI/PO, proficiency in SAP toolsets, and expertise in FIORI/UI5 application development. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team are essential. Experience in leveraging and engaging others to accomplish projects is highly valued.
