Debt Collector Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Debt Collector to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer service support via phone calls, live chat, and emails to resolve client queries and remind clients to make payments.

  • Provide exceptional customer service support to clients.
  • Understand customers' needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Handle customer queries and promote revenue growth.
  • Review customers' backgrounds and advise on suitable payment plans.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • 1 – 2 years of customer service or collections experience preferred.
  • Good instant messaging and telephone etiquette.
  • Able to provide excellent customer service with a calm and professional approach.
  • Bilingual in English & Mandarin preferred (to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients).

This role is ideal for individuals who are resourceful, able to solve problems effectively, and possess strong negotiation, communication, and time management skills.

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
