Job Description:

Our organization is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development of decarbonization and sustainable finance strategies for corporate clients. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to design and deliver tailored solutions that address the unique needs of each client.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead workstreams to develop comprehensive decarbonization and sustainable finance strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth and innovation
  • Mentor junior colleagues and foster a culture of continuous learning and development

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in strategy, finance, investment, consulting, or a closely related field
  • Proven ability to apply expertise to climate or sustainability outcomes
  • Emerging expertise in at least one of our key thematic areas: carbon markets & nature-based solutions; energy & industrial decarbonisation; sustainable & blended finance
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver structured solutions in a commercial context
