Supply Chain Coordinator Role

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and be able to effectively manage the flow of goods from supplier to customer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth shipment movement and delivery.
  • Process shipping documents and monitor shipment status in real-time.
  • Handle damaged shipment claims and work with finance to resolve supplier invoice matters.
  • Liaise with facility managers and warehouses to optimize waste management and recycling processes.
  • Implement new processes and portals to improve shipment efficiency and compliance.
  • Ensure cross-border shipping requirements, customs regulations, and international trade compliance are met.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with Mandarin language proficiency.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP knowledge is an advantage.
