Electrical Design Professional

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Design Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and design, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Duties:
  • Design and develop electrical services including high voltage distribution systems, low voltage distribution systems, extra low voltage systems, lightning protection system, earthing system, etc.
  • Produce and compile detailed calculations reports for electrical designs.
  • Participate in presentation slides' technical/design input and contribute to the development of project plans.
  • Liaise with registered inspectors (RIs) and relevant authorities on submission matters.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors on design, construction, and submission aspects of projects.
  • Attend technical/site meetings to resolve design issues and site problems.
  • Coordinate drawing production, including checking of drawings for tender preparation, submission to authorities, and construction issuance.
  • Support tender bid-related M&E design activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in electrical engineering.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the construction industry.
  • Those with design experience will have an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of electrical design software (e.g., Trimble, ETAP, DIALux, DAPPER, etc.).
  • Proficiency in basic design knowledge is preferable.
  • Effective communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
