Senior Contract Administrator

Are you a skilled contract administrator looking for a challenging role in managing pre- and post-contract administration for HDB BTO projects?

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Contract Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in preparing, reviewing, and analyzing main contracts, subcontracts, and consultancy agreements.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of relevant working experience, specifically in HDB BTO projects in Singapore. You will possess a strong understanding of HDB Standard Conditions of Contract, Public Sector procurement procedures, and local construction laws.

You will be responsible for managing pre- and post-contract administration, preparing and reviewing contracts, and liaising closely with stakeholders to ensure contractual obligations are met.

In addition, you will evaluate and process variations, claims, EOTs (Extension of Time), and loss & expense submissions, monitor project budgets, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts, and support tender processes including cost estimation, bills of quantities, and subcontractor sourcing.

You will also ensure timely submission of progress claims to clients and certifications of subcontractors' claims, review project documentation to ensure contractual risks are properly managed and mitigated, and support dispute resolution and contract negotiation when necessary.

We are looking for a professional who is proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, and has experience with contract management software (e.g., CostX, Cubicost, or similar).
