Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to join our team. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of contracts administration and quantity surveying duties.

Your primary focus will be on managing contract agreements, tender documents, cost estimates, and procurement strategies. You will also be responsible for evaluating and recommending subcontractor and supplier tenders, administering and managing contracts, and monitoring project costs.

You will lead value engineering efforts and advise on cost-saving measures, liaise with project teams, consultants, and clients to resolve contractual issues and disputes, and ensure compliance with company procedures, contract terms, and statutory requirements.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will mentor junior QS team members and assist in department development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of standard contract conditions, construction law, and procurement processes
  • Proven track record in handling large-scale residential or public housing projects
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
  • Proficient in contract administration software and MS Office (Word, Excel, Project)
