Program Development and Community Engagement Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development and implementation of innovative programs for seniors. As a pivotal member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and coordinating programs that promote physical health, cognitive health, volunteerism, social connectedness, and lifelong learning.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Program Design and Implementation
    • Work with our team to design, plan, and implement programs that support seniors' well-being.
    • Manage registration, attendance, and data to ensure programs meet their objectives.
    • Ensure programs comply with internal policies, funding requirements, and government regulations.
  • Community Partnerships and Outreach
    • Build partnerships with grassroots organizations, volunteers, and community stakeholders.
    • Develop outreach strategies to increase senior participation and community impact.
    • Represent us in collaborations, community events, and inter-agency platforms.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the elder care sector, preferably in active ageing centers.
  • Strong program management and execution skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management.
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin, and dialects/Malay.
