Contract Management Specialist

Job Overview:

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced contract management specialist to manage the lifecycle of contracts from initiation through execution, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist business teams in drafting and reviewing contracts to ensure consistency and accuracy of legal and commercial terms.
  • Collaborate with business teams to facilitate successful contract executions, maintain central contract registries, and ensure timely renewal of contracts.
  • Work with vendors to implement and execute vendor contract management processes, including onboarding and offboarding processes, monitoring, and governance of vendors.
  • Leverage data to develop and maintain dashboards and reports providing insights into contract performance, vendor performance, and other key contract-related metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Banking, Law, or Information Technology.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in managing projects and vendor management contracts.
  • Experience in contract management processes and good understanding of standard contractual and commercial terms.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Excellent contract writing and documentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think logically and strategically.
