Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Senior FICO Consultant to join our team in Singapore. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and enforcing business processes, standard procedures, and system solutions for the SAP FICO module.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and maintain business processes, standard procedures, and system solutions for the SAP FICO module.
  2. Work closely with business users and stakeholders to grasp business requirements and translate them into solution designs, considering global operations and system impact.
  3. Carry out continuous improvement activities for SAP template processes to meet business expectations.
  4. Participate in feasibility studies and fit/gap workshops for new rollout projects.
  5. Review and approve blueprint documents prepared by project teams, ensuring adherence to template processes and policies.
  6. Provide knowledge transfer and mentorship to project consultants.
  7. Review and approve design documents, test plans, and scenarios, transport requests, authorization matrices, data migration plans, and cutover plans.
  8. Ensure global changes are identified, assessed, and mitigation actions are well planned and executed.
  9. Collaborate with stakeholders to introduce new enhancements, processes, and functionalities.
  10. Carry out project planning and management for minor or medium-scale projects.
  11. Work closely with different teams (e.g., Basis, Abap, AMS) to ensure issues and requests are addressed timely.
  12. Prepare proposals and presentations to stakeholders to communicate ideas and obtain buy-in.
  13. Ensure timely updates of system and template documentations.

Requirements:

  1. Extensive knowledge of Finance and Controlling (FICO) processes in Sales industries and COPA.
  2. Experience in template governance roles.
  3. Proven knowledge of business terms and business process modeling skills.
  4. Strong knowledge in both processes and technical (configurations).
  5. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  6. Results-oriented with the ability to work as a team to achieve targets and goals.
  7. Strong communication and presentation skills.
  8. Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
  9. Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work well on cross-functional project teams and foster team commitment to tasks.
  10. Ability to work on multiple tasks.
  11. Degree holder/equivalent.
  12. 6-10 years of experience in SAP FICO consulting experience.
  13. Minimum 5 end-to-end SAP FICO implementations as functional consultants or COE roles.
  14. SAP certification in FICO module preferred.
  15. Language proficiency: English and Mandarin.
  16. Traveling: Asia region, moderate (25% or less).
