Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to assume the role of Contract KYC Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for conducting on-boarding, event driven and periodic KYC reviews on existing corporate and institutional clients.

  • Conduct thorough assessments of client profiles, including local and international entities, to identify potential risks and compliance issues.
  • Review and verify customer documentation to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal bank policies.
  • Utilize advanced screening tools to identify and assess risks associated with PEP exposure, sanctions, adverse media, and jurisdictional risks.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date information is maintained in client profiles, aligning with MAS AML/CFT regulations and internal standards.
  • Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers, Compliance, and other stakeholders to resolve documentation deficiencies and escalate high-risk cases as necessary.
  • Monitor and track review progress to meet internal SLAs and regulatory deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Excellent administrative support, banking, compliance, data entry, administration, office administration, screening, KYC, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, data analysis skills are essential for success in this role.
